“I protect you, you protect me”
In accordance with new government guidance we are now asking, if possible, that all patients wear a face covering when attending the surgery for an appointment or for any other reason. This will help protect other patients and our staff from transmission of COVID-19.
All our staff (GPs and Nursing Team) will continue to wear PPE including medical-grade masks for all face-to-face appointments.
Face coverings do not need to be medical-grade masks; a scarf or a homemade coverings are acceptable and could help prevent inadvertently passing on the virus to others if you have COVID-19 – whether or not you have symptoms.
Children under 11 are not required to wear face masks.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
