We have been listening to the feedback from our patients, our Patient Participation Group (PPG) and our staff on the Anima online system we introduced in June 2025.
Whilst lots of our patients have welcomed online access throughout the day, many have told us they don’t find it easy to navigate. In response, we have considered other available online triage platforms and will be changing to a different system in the summer.
We will keep patients, our PPG and our staff updated over the coming months.
