We are excited to announce that on Thursday 18th January we will be transferring to a new telephone system. There will be no change to our telephone number. This new technology will allow patients to hold their place in the queue, without staying on the line during busy times. We are confident that this change will benefit patients and ease some of the frustrations when contacting the practice.
