Kingsteignton Medical Practice

Green Impact

green impact

The Surgery is participating in the Green Impact for Health scheme – this is a joint venture between the Royal College of General Practice and the National Union of Students. The awards scheme tries to encourage practice to be more sustainable and greener for health but also as a business and a community.

To this end we have installed LED lighting throughout the practice, we have solar panels and out last GP registrar was instrumental in bringing the GSK inhaler recycling scheme to Kingsteignton and Newton Abbot.

We hope our patients and the community will benefit from the Practice becoming a greener and more sustainable surgery. For more information click here.
