FREE TEXT REMINDER SERVICE FOR APPOINTMENTS! T ELL US YOUR NUMBER TO UPDATE OUR RECORDS Click here

  TEXT  MESSAGE REMINDERS!

We are currently using a service called MJOG which will automatically send out a text message the day or two before your booked appointment, to remind you of the the time and date of your appointment

We may also use this service to send out other personal messages,  for instance, if the doctor wishes you to make an appointment to discuss results of recent blood tests.    

In order for this service to work, we need to have your mobile telephone number in your electronic medical record.    If you think we do not already have this information, please do let us know your number. 

If you do not wish to receive text messages on your mobile phone, you can ask to be excluded from this service.    Please let us know if this is the case

We welcome suggestions and comments and these can be made either to your doctor or to our Patient Services Manager, Jo Sweet.  We offer an in-house procedure to deal with complaints about the service we provide. Further information is available from reception. We attempt to resolve problems swiftly and will take appropriate action where we have failed to achieve the high standards for which we aim
